[WATCH] Negotiating in Academia

Dr. Waajida Small shares basic techniques on how to negotiate once you’ve been offered a teaching opportunity. Specifically, participants will leave the session with an understanding of the basic boundaries of negotiating in academia, what can be negotiated for in tenured vs. non-tenured positions, and knowing when to walk away.
