Information for Partners & Prospective Partners

HERC of the Carolinas partners with organizations that share HERC’s mission to support employee recruitment, diversity, and dual-career couples in higher education. The goal of HERC’s Partnership Program is to create a forum for HERC and its partners to help one another further their missions.

Partners have opportunities to present thought-leadership, business solutions, and information about their organizations to industry leaders and show support for HERC. Partners can also sponsor local professional development and networking events hosted by HERC of the Carolinas for members.

HERC’s goal is to position our partners to achieve greater success in meeting the needs of HERC member institutions and to showcase partners as thought leaders in their respective industries and fields.

Email the or call 252-737-4936 to discuss how your organization and HERC of the Carolinas can work together.

Kiernan Mathews
“When COACHE delivers our faculty diagnostics, we also deliver advice—to engage in the full portfolio of HERC resources. They bring much-needed attention to dual-career needs and a sustained commitment to improve diversity in the academy. These are issues that, our data say, are important to faculty and at the top of presidents’ and provosts’ minds. With HERC, we see an alignment of mission and a fellow agent of change to strengthen the academic workforce.”

- Kiernan Mathews, Director & Principal Investigator, The Collaborative on Academic Careers in Higher Education (COACHE), Harvard Graduate School of Education
