Corporate & Non-Profit Partners

The HERC partnership program was designed to offer more  of what for- and non-profit organizations want with higher education leaders and jobseekers. More relationships.  More visibility.  More results.

The HERC partners with organizations that share HERC’s mission to support employee recruitment, diversity, and dual-career couples in higher education.

The goal of HERC’s Partnership Program is to create a forum for HERC and its partners to help one another further their missions.

HERC is uniquely positioned as a member-governed organization with a large membership and both a regional and national presence. With more than 700 member institutions in more than 30 states and the District of Columbia, HERC has an active membership base of over 5,000 higher education human resources, faculty development, and diversity officer leaders and decision makers.

Partners have opportunities to present business solutions and information about their organizations to industry leaders and show support for HERC.

HERC’s goal is to position our partners to achieve greater success in meeting the needs of HERC member institutions and to showcase partners as thought leaders in their respective industries and fields.

“HERC is not only a catalyst for collaboration among academic institutions, but also offers one of the best online tools for dual-career couples to realize their academic career goals. In our recent study of Dual-Career Academic Couples, using HERC is one of our top-ten recommendations.”
