There’s never been a better time for institutional collaboration. Working together we can create systemic change and harness our collective power to develop innovative tools that can be shared and leveraged, so we are all better equipped to cultivate a talented workforce as diverse as the people we serve.

Marla Stuck
"We are delighted with our HERC membership. We have seen increased numbers of applications for our positions, but more importantly, the quality of our applicants has also increased. I believe this is due to the increased national exposure for our positions. On the staff side, the website is attracting talented professionals with a specific interest in higher education. The networking and sharing of best practices among our member institutions is also invaluable."
