Who We Are
New England HERC is a diverse group of public and private institutions in New England that include research universities, doctoral and master’s institutions, affiliated medical schools and teaching hospitals, four-year colleges, and community colleges.
Member representatives include institutional leaders, faculty, academic and faculty affairs professionals, human resources managers and administrators, diversity officers, dual-career consultants, and work/life personnel.
New England HERC is governed by a Steering Committee drawn from its member institutions and administered by the New England HERC Director.
"The HERC website has been a tremendous resource in my work with jobseekers. The site is very easy to use, and with positions at colleges and universities becoming ever more attractive in this economy, it allows me to encourage job seekers to look at multiple institutions. Without it, my clients would be working hard yet finding fewer opportunities."Share Your HERC Story
