The Northern California Higher Education Recruitment Consortium provides the largest higher education job board in Northern California, listing all open faculty, staff, and executive positions at 35 Northern California colleges and universities. 

As a non-profit consortium of higher education and affiliated employers, our sole aim is to help the most diverse and qualified candidates find the right jobs at our institutions.
