The Mountain West HERC (Higher Education Recruitment Consortium) is dedicated to assisting talented, diverse candidates in finding and advancing in higher education careers in Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, New Mexico, and Arizona.

Employers and job seekers use the Mountain West HERC daily to post and locate jobs in higher ed in Denver, Salt Lake City, and other cities in Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, New Mixco, and Arizona. Higher ed jobs in the Mountain West are not limited to faculty. Employment opportunities include clerical work, managing day-to-day campus operations, and administrative positions. Employment is available to early career as well as seasoned higher ed professionals, at public and private colleges, as well as at medical schools, teaching hospitals, and private labs.
