Our Job Seekers

HERC places your jobs in front of highly qualified professionals who are seeking employment at institutions like yours—workplaces that value diversity, equity, and inclusion. Over three-fourths of HERC’s jobseekers hold advanced degrees; 68% are women, 32% are from minority and underrepresented groups, and 5% are professionals with disabilities.
