The Greater Oregon HERC is a non-profit organization composed of colleges and universities as well as research, medical, and cultural institutions that are committed to promoting equity and excellence in the higher education workforce. For more than 15 years, we have worked to locate employees for higher education jobs in Oregon. Our jobs cover a broad spectrum of business functions, academic disciplines, and career stages. Our job search resources are free and open to the public.

Beyond individual job searches, we offer dual career searches to assist couples in finding jobs within a commutable distance in the Greater Oregon region.
