Northwest HERC

The Northwest Higher Education Recruitment Consortium (HERC) is dedicated to helping job seekers find faculty or staff positions with higher education employers in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Alaska that value diversity and inclusion. The Northwest HERC launched in 2013 through a joint effort by the University of Washington, the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

Here, job seekers will find:

  • Resume/CV database for employers to search

Our dual career search option allows partners to match with available job openings based on individual career goals, at neighboring member institutions. Visit the Dual Career Resources section to view webinars, case reports, and other resources on advancing dual careers.
